You must be at least 14 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under applicable law. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements. You agree to provide truthful and complete registration information, and you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

The Services allow users to browse, reserve, and purchase specific services from third-party business providers ("Merchants"). The Services may also deliver promotional offers and digital vouchers that can be redeemed under Merchant-specific terms. You agree that BuyFuture may analyze information collected from your use of the Services to produce aggregated and anonymized statistical data (e.g., age group distribution, peak usage times, coupon redemption rates) and share such data with business users (e.g., merchants) for operational and marketing improvement purposes. These reports will not contain your personal information and cannot reasonably be used to identify you.

All tickets sold through the Services represent prepaid session passes for designated services. Tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, and valid only for the service and period specified at the time of purchase. A ticket does not constitute cash, store credit, or stored value. Tickets may only be used for the specific service indicated and may not be exchanged, refunded, or partially used. In the event of account deletion, any unused tickets or coupons will automatically expire without refund. Failure to attend a reserved service without timely cancellation will result in automatic forfeiture of the ticket, provided that the no-show policy has been disclosed and accepted by the user at the time of booking. By completing a reservation, you acknowledge and agree to the Merchant’s no-show policy, including any forfeiture of the applicable ticket without refund. BuyFuture does not allow the sale of monetary-value tickets (e.g., “$30 coupon” or “₩50,000 voucher”). Any such listings are invalid and excluded from our refund or guarantee policies. Users may cancel or modify reservations up to four (4) hours before the scheduled time via the App. After this period, refund eligibility depends solely on the Merchant’s individual policy. On-site service changes (e.g., upgrades or additional payments) are subject to the Merchant’s discretion and must be confirmed with the service provider.

By using the Services, you may receive promotional content, service reminders, or marketing messages via email or in-app notifications. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time, but service-related or legal notifications are essential and cannot be disabled. Coupons and offers made available through the Services are promotional in nature, have no cash value, and do not constitute stored value or gift certificates. If a Merchant closes or ceases participation in BuyFuture, an offer or coupon may become unavailable. BuyFuture is not responsible for a Merchant’s failure to honor a coupon or offer. BuyFuture does not offer or issue monetary value, and any coupons or promotions are valid only for designated services.

You agree not to misuse the Services or engage in unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent activity. You may not interfere with the proper operation of the platform or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services. You may not submit or register any business information that is false, misleading, or submitted without proper authorization. You must only register business listings that you are legally authorized to represent. Unauthorized or impersonated submissions may result in account suspension, legal liability under applicable fraud or identity theft laws, and removal of associated content.

BuyFuture does not pre-screen or verify the legal accuracy of business information submitted by users and shall not be held responsible for any loss, claim, or dispute arising from such submissions. You are solely responsible for any harm, liability, or damages caused to BuyFuture or third parties resulting from your submission of unauthorized or inaccurate business data. Any violation of these provisions may result in suspension or termination of your access. You agree to be responsible for any damages, losses, or claims incurred by BuyFuture resulting from your violation of these Terms.

All content, branding, user interface design, and software functionality within the Services are the exclusive property of BuyFuture or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any materials without our express written consent.

BuyFuture may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms or engaged in activity that may harm our Services, our partners, or other users. Provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect, including but not limited to Sections 6, 8, 9, 10, and 12.

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. BuyFuture is not responsible for failures caused by third-party APIs, SDKs, or payment processors.

BuyFuture does not collect or store payment funds on behalf of Users, and the platform is not intended to operate as a money transmitter. All payments are processed by third-party providers such as Stripe or equivalent. No portion of the BuyFuture platform shall constitute prepaid access, electronic funds, or stored value instruments as defined under FinCEN regulations. We monitor transactions and platform use to detect potential fraud and comply with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations pursuant to 31 C.F.R. §1022.320.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York. You and BuyFuture agree to resolve any dispute individually and not as part of any class, consolidated, or representative proceeding. You further waive your right to a trial by jury.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes through the App or other appropriate means. Continued use of the Services following such notice constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. BuyFuture reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, with or without prior notice.

Any points or rewards issued to Users are promotional in nature, have no cash value, are nonredeemable for currency, and are not transferable. BuyFuture may modify, suspend, or terminate any point-based feature at its sole discretion. Users may not purchase, sell, or exchange points under any circumstances.
